Is this the DSmolken from Wolfmangler, Dead Raven Choir, etc.?

I've been wondering this for a while.

SF recs will probably stick out a lot less than some of my shirts!

One and the same. I've always got three or four bands going on, all in completely different styles. I also have a well-documented fondness for eyebleedingly loud shirts.

Just shave, and wear casual clothing - do not start dressing up. Just shave..

You are the guy doing the ***** rap strangeness right? What did you call it, KrunkCore?

Post some more vids. (really, I kinda like it)

As for the question.... that is actually kinda hard. I always feel a musician can't go wrong with a suit.

Ridiculous pattern, sure, but subtle colors. Among my dozen or so silly shirts, this is probably the least silly.

Have you ever posted an outfit? To be honest I think people should wear variations of what they usually wear or like when going on stage; unless they are playing someone else, be it Kiss or an icecapades character.

I mean folk bands could be one of the instances where that workwear thing might work if that's your thing but then if you like suits don't bother.

Heh. Yeah, me, and the same girls who are in the crunkcore project, too. Haven't made any new videos since the summer, though... just the live footage of our pop band that's on the Myspace page.

I've worn a suit playing with them at the singers' year end school festival. It was a slim/modern/casual one which worked well for that, and would probably also work for gigs at less divey bars. I also think a fleece blazer or a "meant to be worn with jeans" linen SC would work.

I do wear that shirt regularly, including to work. Loud shirts kinda are "my thing". Loud shirts, cowboy boots (I lived in Texas half my life), occasionally suits. Female singers often ask me to play shirtless, I assume that means my shirts must be very ugly. On stage I try to be an exaggerated version of myself, if that makes any sense. But I do also want the whole band to look like a coherent entity.

Oh, that reminds me. Here's me playing with one of my old bands wearing a crappy poly-wool suit jacket splattered with bleach and wood stain:

And for extra SF points the lyrics are about a seamstress and cloth, though they are in Polish and don't make any sense anyway.

Polish women are attractive. That is all I have to add to this thread.

From the pictures I have seen these girls are at least 25. Problem avoided.
