Maybe have a fitness myths debunked segment, maybe an article on the importance of core strength and how a strong core can prevent back problems, how the major lifts are very important in developing strength and mass (I never see people doing deadlifts at the gym I used to go to and didn't see that many people do squats), and article on developing explosive power (plyometrics probably skip olympic lifts in here if the people are nubs they would get hurt), etc. I also 2nd your idea on HIIT.
