Heading off to London (average temp 47-57) and N Italy (average 43-64) for two weeks soon. Trying to travel light and practical. Give me some suggestions, especially for this time of year (late Oct).

Here is what I am thinking of taking. Too much? Too little?

Will be on business only twice so can wear the same dress clothing. Otherwise, flying, train and sightseeing.

Wool/Cashmere green heather/ tan overplaid jacket
Grey flannels
Two neckties
two pairs of jeans
Shoes- brown double monks and brown suede leather soled mocs
brown belt
7 shirts blue and white
2 sweaters one navy one another color
Scarf
2 Pocket squares
leather jacket with fur collar kinda refined flight jacket style
small personal stuff, socks, briefs, etc, phone iPad.....
umbrella

Anything else?

Feel free to post pics of your luggage/packing for recent two week trips.

I'll be interested in what luggage people are recommending. I'll be in Amsterdam and Milan for 10 days also. I heard the carry on restrictions are pretty tight over in Europe.

We are going to try and each take a regular 14 x 22"roll-on (that we will check) and then a large carry-on type bag. Mine is about 18 x 10 x 9. We think this will give us enough room for clothes and be easier than hopping on trains with a larger suitcase.
