I finally got mine and it fell apart at one end the first time I wore it.
My belt came in the wrong size. I let Eric know and he said he would send another, it never arrived and I gave up. Nice belt though.

hey guys, please let me know what's going on- had a rough move, as well as lots of back-to-school orders, but everything's been going pretty smoothly except what I'm reading here. emails take a bit, which I'm trying to work on, but I'm almost caught up on those as well so please resend if you haven't heard anything back.

Eric-

I sent you an e-mail, but I bought one of those grey and maroon anniversary wallets and I was wondering if you had a chance to ship it yet. PM me if you need details

Hey Eric,

Sent you an email over the summer, but never got a response. Ordered a bracelet from you, but the size was too big, and you decided to refund me with store credit ($20)

I wanted to order a slim utility belt and apply the store credit to my order, but I never got an update from you. Could you help me out?

Please PM me.

Thanks

i ordered a couple of belts some time ago and they came in the wrong size...sent them back and he sent 2 new ones that were the correct size

he stamped his logo on both the belts...although the stamps were upside down confused.gif

never bothered to mention it in an email to him though

also, i asked for metal belt keepers for each belt which i never received

emailed about that numerous times and was told they were going to be sent out the next day and things like that but never received them

ok, lets get some answers here.

RDS- i'll get you an email tonight with info

Rosenberg- believe I already got back to you last week, let me know if you've got any more q's

Crump- I believe I remember your order, that was well over a year ago, no? I haven't branded belts in a very long time, or used those metal keepers. I do remember sending you a few though.

Just received the belt and two bracelets in the mail after a month of waiting.
The belt is simply amazing. It's sturdy and rugged and looks incredibly durable. The leather was 4 quarters thick, much thicker than all the other belts I've owned.
This is some good shit.

The bracelets I bought were also good; pretty thick as well. However I didn't get them in the length I requested so right now one of the bracelets sits very loose on my girlfriends wrist. My bracelet fits a bit big as well but not to her extreme. I guess we both need to eat more.
Anyways, sent Eric an email about it and hopefully things sort out. But other than that, this man is really talented in crafting some excellent quality leather goods!

I ordered three belts and a wallet during the black Friday sale. I emailed you about the belt sizing and I still have not received any reply.
Just want to check if you have received my email.

Thanks

Anyone know when the website is going to resurface or when blueowl is going to get another shipment??

Corter Leather is great, but I've had a heck of a time trying to reach Eric.
I've been trying since July to get store credit applied to a new Corter belt, but it just hasn't happened.
He's responded to my emails, but following up has been difficult.
This isn't me skewering Eric or anything. I understand that running a business primarily by yourself, answering all the emails can be daunting, but I just wish there was someway I could just order the darn belt and get the credit applied.

Eric, if you see this, feel free to PM me and let me know. Hopefully we can things resolved.
