I usually have newer hip hop like Lil Wayne or Jay-Z, something upbeat like Phoenix, and a lot of The Hood Internet (mash-ups using pop lyrics and indie instrumentals).

What is on your running play list?

While I respect Lil Wayne, newer Jay-Z is just bleh. Mine is old school Jay-Z, Big L, and Nas mostly for running.

Agreed on Jay-Z (except for 'Young Forever' ft. Mr. Hudson). I hope you aren't referring to Ludacris in 'Big L'.

Metallica, Stooges, Dylan, Spice Girls, TTD, Tchaikovsky. It depends. Sometimes I want something faster for speed, and slower for distance.

I pretty much listen to all of my songs while running. Songs by The Killers, Muse and Metallica are the best though.

One of those guys handing out mixtapes on the street? Maybe I'll take one next time I see one of those guys.

I'll be looking into this Drum&Bass guy. Can you recommend a few favorite mixes and where I can download them?
