Someone is sending emails from my hotmail account to my all contacts? I need help solving that problem?

This happened to me too. Change your password immediately, do numerous scans on your computer for malware, spyware and anything else with different programs. Inform your contacts not to respond to these emails obviously not from you in terms of the content and you should be fine.

Are you sure someone is actually logging in to your account? It's trivial to spoof email.
