Does any one else hate this ebay seller?

I hate his horrible facial hair. I hate the fact that he charges like 500% more than the average reasonable seller. I just hate him. And I wonder how in the hell he stays in business. Half the time he has RRL or Purple Label or Polo items that other sellers have for a fraction of his price.

and now he has his GF or Wife posing in pics for the girls stuff.

lulz!

The pose, cargo shorts, and buttoning of this jacket makes me want it badly. Must resist the urge to "Buy It Now"!!

Having an opinion on random e-bay sellers is a sign that you need to get offline.
Just saying.

That's the guy who offered me $250 on a $3595 RLPL jacket I had up at $975 or best offer. Best part was that he has similar stuff listed for over 2k.

I bet $1,000 e-dollars that he's Russian.

Smug is not always bad, here is a GF or Wife listing photo:

And to answer your question ( I think ). It looks like he uses the find a sucker in every bunch, or the rip someones head off business model.

Yeah the prices seem pretty crazy. 2 or 3 times what others are charging for identical items or charging full pop MSRP or higher for his NWT stuff, which is difficult to get on Ebay!

But note that he has about 2,900 active listings and sells about 150 items a month. That,s a low percentage but I guess the profit margin is pretty good on any of his sales . I guess that is an Ebay sales model, but I,m surprised it works!

Here is someone I noticed that does the same with used clothes. She lists about 1,600 items actively and sells about 33 a month. The prices are absurdly high ( like $50 for used XMI ties ), but I guess she waits for that one sucker out there.

Does anyone that actively buys and sells on Ebay thinks this business plan usually works? If so, I have a bunch of items that I,d contribute to someone that wanted to do something like this on Ebay. I,m not talking crap either. Stuff like Oxxford and Zegna suits and SCs ( generally not current, but very nice ), and many, many ties of Zegna quality or better.

They might be worth $100 for the suits, $50 for the SCs and $5 for the ties. If anyone wants to list on Ebay about 500-1,000 items ( designed nicely ) and ask about 10X what they are worth, you can keep half as each item is sold. Who knows?

Whoa, that is the first thought that came to my mind as well. Seriously. He has to be russian, latvian, kazakh, etc. I would bet my black label cashmere jogging suit on it

*Disclaimer* NOT a photographer in the least...

From the shadow just one REALLY bright light? Needs several points of light with a sheet to diffuse the source or something....

Well if you burn all of Shelby MI down, then he probably will go away. If not, you might have to destroy all of Russia, where he probably is.

Well, better than my pics at least. You are right though in a technical standpoint.
