I take NO Elite. Its not made by the company who makes other NO products strangely enough and its significantly more expensive, but I couldn't get the others in England. Its really good now and gives you a great buzz, but I had very bad BA tingles, stomach pain and vomiting when I first took it.

A cup of strong black coffee.

I've tried almost all the pre-workout N.O. supplements....Jack3d, NO Shotgun, White Flood, NO Explode, Superpump 250, Animal Pump, etc. IMO you're better off saving your money and using plain old coffee instead.

I agree with everybody who said coffee. Besides that, I'll have a light balanced meal about an hour before working out.

30-45 minutes pre-workout
- 5g acetyl carnitine
- 800mg chocamine
- 300mg idebenone
- black coffee

0-10 minutes pre-workout
- 5g EAAs
- 5g glutamine

Yeah, I can only take a half scoop. Full scoops on weekend workouts when I can do it in the mid-afternoon. I think it's time to cycle off it for a bit.

I don't hit the gym unless I've had at least 8 hours of sleep, this way I feel alert and energetic enough without caffeine.
