Here's another rarity for you. A US manufactured Tart Arnel 46-22 eyeglasses frame in Black. A blast from our collective past, this piece is from New Old Opticians Stock and has never had lenses installed. Frame is Straight, Clean, No Issues and is very High Quality. Shipped with Original Paper Wrapper
