This is why a lot of bad sellers and purveyors of counterfeits have no bad feedback. Also why I stay away from all but a few trusted sellers.
BTW, this is very likely NOT his first sale, just his first sale under this name after ditching his last name due to bad feedback or eBay investigation. This is why I almost never buy from a seller with few feedbacks--not because they are new, but because they are most likely bad sellers under a new name.
I have bought from newer sellers after looking to see what other items they were selling. If it looked like the kind of variety you would expect from an estate sale or a divorce it can be worth the calculated risk (clothing all one size, or only one or two pieces of clothing among other household items). If all the items are similar, such as a large quantity of name brand shirts with a variety of sizes, stay away!
