Tomorrow I'm planning on cooking Pad Thai for dinner... Wondering what a good wine paring for this is?
I'm thinking a Sauvignon Blanc? Perhaps a Bordeaux Sauvignon/ Semillon blend?
I much prefer reds though…. Any suggestions?
