Riiight. Ok buddy. Enjoy your fantasy world where Donald Rumsfeld calls a hit on Pat Fucking Tillman from the comfort of his living room because he heard a rumor that Tillman didn't think the war was legal. Sean Penn better watch his fucking back!!!

Okay, the quote leads me to an infowars.com article, that cites a Daily Kos diary entry that says:

Quote:
Wesley Clark was on [Olbermann, apparently] and believes that the orders came from the very top as Tillman was a political symbol. It was well known he was against the war in Iraq. No indication if orders were to murder him, but at the least to cover it up ( Burned clothes- lost evidence etc)

In turn, the source for this quote is a dead link to a CBS site. O NOES, it's a media blackout!

You assume that because a soldier fires on someone waving their hands, that they KNOW it's Pat Tillman, they have decided previously to KILL Pat Tillman, and that they then do so. Your leap of faith is ridiculous, illogical, and goes against the facts and opinions presented.

Of course there is an opposite of accident or else every single murder before the courts would be deemed an accident.

Kevin Tillman who knows 100 times more than you do about the situation, clearly states that it wasn't an accident. So if it wasn't an accident from his point of view, what do you suggest he is saying exactly? That it wasn't an accident - but that it was an accident? Ya, that's logical. If it wasn't an accident from his point of view, it has to be something else. So what is this something else?

Hey I am just providing his quote.

And also, every death not ruled an accident would be categorized as murder!!! Lucky that's not the case. You are over your head, which sucks, cause you are standing in a kiddy pool and most of the water is evaporated.

You'll notice he says exactly what it is, immediately following. He never says it was murder. He never insinuates it was murder. He never has.

Except it's not a quote. It's a sentence fragment some guy heard Wesley Clark say on Keith Olbermann, taken out of context, as quoted by another guy, who in turn takes him even further out of context.

Well if the quote is wrong or partially out of context - I apologize. I copy and pasted it as it was posted.

Do you get the concept that the Tillman family just can't go around calling bloody murder at every opportunity during their own investigation. Do you really think that if you were to go behind closed doors with the Tillman family, that they wouldn't tell you they think he was murdered? His mom has already gone on record saying she thinks he was murdered.

I think Hey Man murdered Pat Tillman. He sat on him.

Sorry if I'm late to the party on this one. I haven't read the entire thread so this may have been covered. I was deployed when this happened. I've actually read the AR 15-6 investigation into Pat Tillman's death. His death was caused by friendly fire. There were many reasons for the confusion that occured on the battle field that day; and tragically the confusion lead to Tillman's death.

However since I am clearly brainwashed why don't you, in gory detail, explain to me exactly what happened that day. Start with the HMMWV issues that prompted the whole event.

I'm monitoring this thread closely...

Yes, because the finer points of 15-6 investigations are instrumental parts of CoD gameplay...

Anyway, the fact that you can't tell us what happened the day Pat Tillman died tells me you don't know what your talking about. Even worse, you couldn't comprehend what you were talking about even if you had read the 15-6. Your opinion could best be described as "unqualified".
