It's misleading by considering isolated and uninhabitable land areas that have little or no population.

I think it's propaganda put out by Ahmadinejad so people won't be scared he can press a button and nuke Israel.

I think the point being made is that someone took the time to disprove the "fact" a lot of people throw around that we should reduce our nuclear arsenal because the USA and Russia already have enought bombs to "blow up the earth" several times. This picture proves that "fact" incorrect using simple math.
