I remember watching this show when I was a kid... Some of the recommendations heard: "Tu ondules ton corps sur le cylindre." (Undulate(?) your body on the cylinder) "Qu'elle écarte bien ses jambes pour serrer le cylindre." (She has to spread her legs to hold the cylinder) "Il faut que tu fasses corps avec le cylindre" (You have to be one with the cylinder) "Ca lui permet d'entourer les cylindres avec ses jambes" (She can hold the cylinders with her legs) 'Il faut qu'elle écarte plus les jambes" (She has to spread her legs more)

GOD DAMN, there were some smokin' hot girls on there. Mostly brunettes which are my JAM.
