Habs had one of the worst offenses in the league this year, especially 5 on 5. What did the Habs in was their terrible 5 on 5 play. They just could not get any goals at even strength and it cost them in all three overtimes. I think they played a heck of a series though and they should be proud of their effort. Markov, Gorges, and Pacioretty are all out but they still put up a good fight. The Bruins played pretty well defensively and their second and third lines showed up at times during the series. Thomas was shaky or lights out, depending on the night. Their first line was absolutely terrible though. Way too slow to manufacture anything. Thomas is what he is -- he'll make some big saves, he'll give up some big goals. I still like him and he's one of the Bruins players that I actively root for when he isn't playing against my team.
