Is anybody else following this show? I've seen every episode so far and I'm hooked. Man, AMC and FX are putting out some good shows right now. It's funny, quircky, weird, and the acting is great. It just keeps getting better, particularly Donal Logue, who's really finding his stride with his character. Last night's episode was probably the best in terms of writing.

I watched the pilot and was a bit disappointed, but may give it another look if it's getting better.

The pilot was enjoyable but hardly great. It had that sort of 80s-TV-show feel to it in that everything works out in the end. The other episodes have not been like that at all, and this last one was quite dark.

Yup. And the previews for the next episode show it's going to get even darker. I didn't suspect that would happen to that character (no spoiler).

I need to get into this show. The promoted it heavily during Rescue Me, and it piqued my interest, but I never actually checked it out. I think I'll go back and rectify that.

I'd guess not, but that's only based on TV Logic...

"Breakfast is one of the top five most important meals of the day" at the beginning of the most recent episode had me in stitches.

Good episode, but I wonder where the show is going to go from here. I hope they keep the darker aspects.
