Clips just watching CP3 and what he does is all VDN. He was way overrated when he coached Rose but really, it was all Rose that made him look good. Look at what Thibo managed to turn that team into.

I have no idea how VDN became a coach because he really doesn't know any other plays. I mean CP3 is surrounded by shooters but he can't get them open. He doesn't make them move and just lets CP3 hold the ball for 20 seconds every possession. It's hard to blame CP3 because that is like VDNs design. I didn't really think it was possible to find a worse coach than Mike Brown but LA managed to find it.

As for Griffin free throw, he doesn't follow through. He gets into motion and then stop right before he throws the ball and then flicks up to the basket. He was making it in game 2 though.

So potential Finals could be 76ers Or Pacers vs. Thunder Or Spurs

Bet Stern is hating this potential matchup.

lol. i hope mike brown doesnt stay either. they should get somebody who likes triangles. i honestly feel like that's the most proven system out there. just really well balanced

it'd be awesome if it were pacers vs spurs. totally kills all analysts expectations at the beginning of the season

Really hard to see the Sixers beating the Celtics. They barely squeaked by an injury ridden Bulls.

Good team, but likely not a winnable series for Philly. I definitely cant see Boston winning against Indiana. Bet Doc R is praying for the Heat to win after what we've seen.

Lebron just needs to find his balls now and be the Cavs Lebron. Take over the game and fuck sharing the ball. He managed to do it with a bunch of scrubs with Brown on the sideline, I'm sure he could do it with the more talented group in Miami (not much more talented but Wade is still there so it's already much better than Cavs' Mo, Jamison and an aging Shaq).

I'm wondering when everyone will finally realize this is just not who he is. How many more times does it have to happen? Even that HS documentary showed his behaving that way in big games.

He's not a Jordan or Kobe type player.

There was one moment of brilliance, though. That fast break where he sprinted hard and whizzed that bounce pass in for a dunk was superb.

He definitely doens't have that killer instinct but he's had his share of clutch plays. In Miami though, he just has to do the grunt work, keep them close enough and let Wade finish them off. It just makes it harder since Lebron and Wade plays the exact same way but if Lebron could just dominate like he did in Cleveland and just let Wade do the final blow, I think they might just make it past the Pacers.

Then again I do not like the Heat and the menage trois of LBJ, Wade and Bosh so I really wouldn't be sad to see them go.

Lakers Guard's Family Receives Death Threats

If you end up a playoff scapegoat, be prepared to be the whipping boy on social media, as sad as it is.

Lakers guard Steve Blake missed a wide open three-pointer that would have given his club the lead in the closing seconds of Game 2 at Oklahoma City, and that didn't sit well with nitwits on Twitter.

"Fans" upset by the Lakers' defeat took out their rage on Blake and his family on the popular micro-blogging website. Kristen Blake said she had to block over 500 users who were sending nasty comments and even death threats at her and her family.

One Twitter user, @JAMESALLONYOU tweeted to Blake "I hope your family gets murdered..." along with other obscenities and derogatory comments. Kristen Blake retweeted the threat with the response "Wow." To see the full tweet (warning: it's EXTREMELY offensive), click here.

"It's pretty disappointing that there's a lot of hateful people out there," Blake explained to the Los Angeles Times. "You move on. I just don't appreciate it when it's toward my family. You can come at me all you want. But when you say things about my wife and my kids, it makes me upset."

By the way, earlier in the postseason against the Nuggets, Blake scored a playoff career-high 19 points, becoming the first Laker since legend Michael Cooper in 1987 to record 19+ points and 5+ 3-pointers off the bench in a playoff game.

Although his wife was obviously disturbed by the keyboard courage of knuckleheads on social media, the Lakers' backup guard said Kristen had to divulge the disgusting dialogue.

"I didn't see it," Blake said. "She (his wife Kristen) told me about it. That's why I don't look at that crap. I just let it be."

I wouldn't call it a great series, but if the Heat cannot make it, or the Celtics even, then of the remaining teams, it wouldn't be the worst to watch.

Yeah, true, but Philly is still playing with a lot of heart.

I am still not counting Philly out in the Boston series.
