twas close though, infact game tying shot and game winning shot close.

think about it, without big three or even just without wade and l-train, heat are: good on d, can shoot 3s, crap in the paint, crap in transition (without wade/lebron)

Nash=Overrated
I SAID IT!!

considering how well he shoots, and his passes even till today at the age of 38, being arguably better than kobe, though they were from the same draft? look at other people in 96 draft. starbury and ai are nowhere to be seen, and rayray is semi-decent, if not quite efficient.

At first I thought it was unintentional. But Magic's halftime commentary cleared that up in my mind. Think he'll get 2-5, depending on how bad Hardin's hurt.

I don't even think the resultant injury will have as much to do with it as MWP's (The Artest formerly known as Ron) past history will ... he could be done. I don't see Stern taking this lightly... that was an obviously intentional and pretty vicious elbow. smh... wtf Ron Ron?
post #6760 of 27229
Meh, did not look that intentional. He was not even looking at him.

You know basketball sucks when it takes something like this to get everybody talking.

I suppose, except there's not +450 pages talking about peeps throwing bows.

well, we can talk about Lebron's MVP candidacy this year, i think that's a better topic stirpot.gif

i was at that game and i've gotta say that it looked a LOT different irl than slowed way down and played ad infinitum on tv. i was watching him when it happened because he had just made a helluva play (dude carried the lakers through the first quarter and a half). okc had been playing very physical all along, pushing and staying up in the faces to push the lakers out of their spots. really sorry for harden and i know ron will probably lose at least 3-4 games because of it. but i do think it's kind of disgusting that there was so much instant moralizing on tv about it. the palace was 10 years ago and he's worked hard since then.
game was about the weirdest i've ever seen. there were really three games: before ron; after ron until about 10 minutes in the fourth and then the rest. kobe was just lights out at the finish. coming from 17 down in the fourth, with barnes, bynum and sessions on the bench. whoda thunk?
