LOL at him going to DC. If they lost to SAS, maybe. But otherwise no.

Really depends on where he goes. The Warriors have been said to have an interest in him, if he goes there I'd say his chance at winning a championship goes way up. Same with the Spurs.

For how awesome KD and RW are, they've only reached the finals once (and thats when they had the RW, KD, James Harden THree headed monster).

In reality KD and RW are like kobe bryant (volume shooting superstars), and it just seems more logical to base your team around one volume shooting superstar and pair him with a complimentary star player. Kobe and Paul gasol, 2011 Mavericks with Dirk. Its been interesting seeing this experiment (having two kobe-like volume shooting scorers on one team) of the OKC thunder for the past near decade, but the proof is in the pudding - only one finals appearance and a lot of diasspointment.

Klay and Curry work because they have such high FG percentage/efficient and are willing to work in a system. But pair Klay and Curry with Draymond (who works perfectly with them) and its a beautiful thing.

OKC - GSW series are very similar so far to last year Clippers-Rockets series. Clippers won somewhat surprisingly against Spurs, then dominated HOU for the first 4 games to take the 3-1 lead and collapsed to lose the series 4-3. It is quite likely the same will happen to OKC.

Durant/Russ need to pull an Auerbach and say "Those balloons are staying up there for a long time." for Game 7
post #25941 of 27206

I won't underestimate the Thunder ever again after they rebounded that well following the opening loss to SA.

Seeing how even in game 6 GSW was pushed to the brink, it is safe to say that this series is far from being decided.

Can't wait for game 7 to start.

It'll be a tough fought game either way. No way OKC just rolls over.

But unlikely they pull it out.

Guess which rotation ref was removed for Game 7?

let's go Dubs!!! Another one for the history books!!
Dubs really need to rebound. Giving up way too many second/third chance points.

OKC is doing it right so far. Work inside, slow the pace. GS is having a run, but if they can avoid the rubber legs late in the 4th, they have a realistic shot.

Just when I said that, Durant with those shit 3s.

Thunder falling apart.

It is usually the case in my experience that in the final game of the series even though the previous games predict a close battle in fact one team falls apart.
