That didn't look like disbelief to me. That looks like a team that wished it didn't go in.

Only 2 players looked happy that Harden made it. I'm with Globo and just end the series already. There's no way the Rockets are beating the W's 3 more times unless Klay and Steph both go down for the series.

I wonder if Harden is liked by his teammates. I know that I would lose a lot of respect for him, and feel let down by, his atrociously obvious disinterest in playing defense.

I did see the stories that the more competitive guys in the league dislike Dwight Howard because he's too happy go lucky and not serious enough

Is that such a big deal? The guys referenced on the Rockets bench are hardly known as the celebratory type.

Ugh. Dwight "Happy" Howard. If he's not celebrating, s'thing isn't right.

Has Howard been happy since that season in LA? Plus rumor has it Harden wanted him traded. None of this necessarily means they don't want to beat the Warriors.

A game winning shot in the playoffs should have garnered a much more celebratory reaction. Its anecdotal.

I remember the story circulating last year on why Harden suddenly became MVP-level was the Team USA scrimmages against Durant and Paul George. Him wanting to prove that he was just as good if not better than them. Let the man cook, for goodness sake. I don't know any of you who wouldn't welcome Harden to your team with open arms. If you say no, your pants are on fire.

EDIT:

Obviously I'm excluding teams with superstars already ala Cavs, GSW, etc.

We're talking about a guy who grew a beard because he was too lazy to shave, though.

No team or fan base would not immediately give him a max contract if he decided he wanted to sign with them. His offensive skills are more than enough to warrant that.

What I was pointing out was that he sets a really poor example as a leader and as a team's best player. And I would even argue that this inhibits a team building a winning culture. If your team's star shows laziness, inattention, and a complete unwillingness to help his team on the defensive floor, then why would you bust your ass either?

Players that need the ball in their hands all the time are hard to play with. And Hroi is correct, he sets a bad example.

Because it's not youtube or vimeo, which are the things that are whitelisted.  Otherwise, we'd be suseptible to all sorts of nastiness.

NBA says Harden shot shouldn't have counted

So the Rockets get the win (incorrectly) but they're going to let them keep the win?

Bad calls go both ways during the game. The NBA isn't going to reverse a final score.
