Kobe would get assists, but never seemed to really facilitate in the way Lebron does. I thought there was a moment of transition a few years ago when he averaged a career high in assists, but it was always about him eating first, as he never really shot less, the ball was just in his hands more than ever. Lebron gets enjoyment out of facilitating, you don't see that with Kobe.

The odd thing is that he's a damn good facilitator when he wants to be. He could have extended his career a few years had he made the shift, but the guy is just so stubborn he'd rather retire than give up shots.

As I write this, Andre Drummond is 2-12 on free throwsv Houston, wow.

Uh..DeAndre Jordan went 12-34 from the FT line today. He was 8-28 at one point, then, uh, warmed up.

^ happy.gif he's atrocious. It's mind boggling actually how bad he is.

The Warriors, however, were just ridiculous tonight… again.

That game must have lasted 6 hours. How does one guy shoot 34 free throws?

On the bright side, in fantasy this week I'm facing both Jordan and Drummond... his team is shooting 36% from the line so far this week. Certainly the potential for a record breaking low here.

Clippers started so bad this year, they were already below .500 twice this season.

But it seems like everyone else on the West got the memo minus the Dubs and Spurs, everyone else has been pretty bad. Clips is still 4th (surprisingly) and only a game behind the Thunders.

East is still the easier conference but is there kind of shift in balance now? Maybe not overwhelming but both conference seems more evened out now?

It's all for the Dubs to lose though but really surprised at how the West has started this year.

If the Sixers are going to win a game this season, it's tonight.

Sad thing about the lakers is that they don't even own their own draft pick, so there's no incentive to be tank. They're just actually bad.

They keep it if it's in top 3. So they do have incentive but the way Byron scott is coaching their current assets are fucked

Indeed. Fitting last stand to the stubborn one, who chose to shoot 17 threes.

I really didnt want to see the first NBA winless season, regardless of what the rules favor in terms of draft order.
