Drummond is a beast who works super hard. He reminds me of Barkley's hustle, but in a bigger, stronger body.

Interesting how Kevin Love has upped his rebounds, so far. There's obviously a lot of talent on the Cavs to rebound, and Love is not the quintessential low-center of gravity or muscular rebounder. I like that it's a bit of an art.

I'd actually heard that people in Minnesota weren't happy with Kevin Love getting the ridiculous rebounding numbers that he did there. Seemed like some people thought he was sometimes chasing stats instead of doing the right team things (like choosing to go for block out position when an opponent was driving the lane instead of rotating over to contest the shot)

Yep. He did that all the time.

People are calling the Pelicans the sleeper team this season, I think it's Minnesota. They were up 30 on ATL at halftime.

Orlando has had some tough breaks, but they're better than their record.

What a tease! That is the Griz team that needs to show up every night. Took them until the 8th game of season.

Wow. Kobe is turning into the last guest that just won't leave your party.

Kobe Bryant said he would like to play for Team USA in the 2016 Olympics.

While Bryant's NBA future is uncertain after this season, he said he would like to at least extend his career to include the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. "I would like to play," Bryant said. "I think it'd be awesome. A beautiful experience. I'm a global kid. I grew up in Italy, I know a lot of athletes from different parts of the world, from different sports. It'd be great to play in that environment." Bryant will turn 38 two days after the gold medal game, so it may be a long shot for the Team USA brass to include the veteran on the team for his leadership.

Nah, we loved it at the time. We saw it as hustle. On other NBA message boards I'm on, fans from other teams would say that he wasn't good and that he was just stat padding on a bad team, but we were into it. He was out there with mostly garbage while he was here, so we liked any amount of effort anyone gave.

Still laughing at David Kahn signing him to that idiotic contract...

Hated it at the time, but it worked out well. Without his contract coming to a close, he wouldn't have asked for a trade and we wouldn't have Wiggins now. Finally Kahn's stupidity paid off. Taking Flynn before Curry will haunt me until the day I die, though.

As a person who is always intrigued by trades/trade rumors, that has to be one of the most meh trades of all time that involves known players.
