I'm curious what the Cavs will do in Game 5; they can't outshoot the Warriors and it looks like they can't slow them down anymore.

I still prefer the Game 3 play where he ran off three Cavs players and drilled the 3 over Mozgov's outstretched hand (and getting knocked down in the process).

The tone of the game was set in the first few minutes when Golden State ran off a made Cleveland basket and the possession ended with an uncontested Iguodala dunk. Beautiful adjustment by Kerr. It will be interesting to see what Blatt does to counter Golden State's small ball, or if he even has the players to do so. I think we're looking at a quick end to the series.

Since Delly and JR have suddenly gotten cold, they need another Hakeem like performance by Mozgov and LBJ needs 40+ pts again. TT also has to get EVERY single rebound. Oh, and GSW has to revert to pussyfooting around and not making their shots for CLE to get back into this series.

Kyle Lowry through the six with his woes, I fucking died.

Also, new Grantland piece from Zach Lowe is pretty good.

Actual pregame exchange between Ron Adams and Luke Walton, both Golden State assistants, as Walton walked by Adams on his way to the court:

Adams: “Luke, did you remember to wear deodorant tonight?”

Walton: “Yes.”

Adams: “Good.”

Cleveland was just a half-step slower last night. can they get their legs back with two days? Back enough to win in Oakland? Because then it's one day and into Cleveland. Cavs showed a lot of grit, though, gotta hand them that. it would have been easy for them to pack it in after irving went down. and curry's show is better, but still not good. klay thompson had 9 points? and he was shooting pretty well. GSW still isn't back to where they need to be offensively, though the defensive adjustments were great. and man, that iguodola dunk after a made basket!
on an entirely different topic, here's a really refreshing piece from Robert Horry on the realities of the NBA.

it's weird watching a high low with two guards. i feel like even just a few years ago nobody would have thought playing five guards more than a gimmick. i feel like the only reason that's possible is cuz of draymond's defense

spurs for me

I've never really gone into this, but I went to undergrad in Cleveland and interned at IMG so I was privy to a lot of Bron's wake so to speak. Whether it be from club owners/restauranteurs/bartenders who had to deal with him or my buddy who went to SVSM at the same time to the shit he pulled with Aaron Goodwin and Leon Rose. He has been extensively coached and coddled to cultivate his "new" image, but in reality he is the same pos idiot we all knew back then even if just by association. He's the best fullback the NBA has ever seen yes, but I will never have any respect for him.

^ RE: Livingston, what do you think about his shooting form, IND? When he shoots a jumper, it's like dude literally hoisting everything he has into that shot. Reminds me of Drew Brees when he throws a deep pass

Agents Lebron dropped. I'm not exactly shedding any tears over them.
