I do agree about Wes. I come from a big east school and despite him tormenting all of us back then, I never thought wow, this guy will kill it in the pros. But I guess after the "no brainer" picks (yes, fully realize the irony that one of them was Evan turner), at least one team will go for sure production over a roll of the dice

BroSpo, we're just gonna have to agree to disagree. I interpreted it as LBJ jumping ship (aging Heats) to a better situation at the time (wow Kyrie so Love much Blatt),,,,I guess you see him going to CLE out of the goodness of his heart? If (when?) he leaves Cleveland to join up with more all-stars, I wonder what BS he'll be spewing next. Maybe instead of a TV special or "letter", he could leave every citizen in the new city he'll be playing for a voicemail promising 8 championships.

The feels. It was really well written
read that article awhile ago, it was wonderful. only complaint is that imo si's site doesn't block enough of the column room w/ giant graphics and drop-down bars. i prefer reading something that can only be seen on 20% of my monitor.

yup. the one that really applied to is andre drummond, who didn't even play that well in college! crazy boom-or-bust rating on him. people thought he went really low in hindsight, but that certainly was less of a sure thing than a lot of other players. and yet if you do the draft again, he goes #3 behind brow and dame, and depending on the team, maybe even #2.

haha no harm in arguing. btw when we were talking about it on here love wasn't on the team (outside whispers) and blatt isn't anywhere near spo's league.

it'd be hilarious if he left cleveland again (and this whole incident is fantastic) but i don't buy it. basically:

btw how excited are you about jimmy butler? max contract for sure. just keep in mind you'll only have him for prob 3 more years before they trade away his dessicated corpse like luol deng, thibs don't play. biggrin.gif

Yeah, man if anything this thread has caused plenty of blown fuses all around from the usual suspects RFX indesturm you wojt edmorel jet.... lol8[1].gif No need to carry that ish to the new year marchal.gif

Re: Butler,,,,he's the saviour of Chi right now, not even a question. If Bulls were a cyborg..Thibs would be the brains, Drose the legs (lol), Noah the heart.....Butler would be the entire upper body..guns on guns on guns...trap city. Pau Mirotic Brooks Taj = laser guided missile systems satisfied.gif

I'm just resigned to the fact that Thibs gonna grind em all to a pulp. Maybe they can afford some rest after the All-Star break but doubtful...

Spurs in OT again.

These Pelicans announcers are the most un-homer announcers I've ever heard on a game. I thought they were actually part of the Spurs camp.

Who's the most homer announcer team? My money's on the Celtics
post #19404 of 27206

Tommy Heinsohn does get a little ridiculous after a quarter.

I don't watch too many games, but I recall the Mavs (and maybe Bulls?) having pretty awkwardly biased announcers.

would be awesome if bron just kept going from the cavs to the heat every couple years and whole circus on infinite repeat from burning of jerseys to welcome back celebrations

Take a little time off looking up stats and reading Grantland articles to have a round, smoke a cigar, bang a hooker, or do what you do to have a happy new year, you motherfuckers. HNY!!
