For such an allegedly strong draft class it looks like no one deserves ROYwith Jabari going down (and not exactly lighting the world on fire while he was playing, either)

i think the reason people were saying it was such a strong draft class was because talent went deep but no definite future superstars. also even most superstars dont post amazing seasons their rookie years. usually they explode a few years later albeit with some exceptions. like the brow was considered a no brainer first pick future superstar but even he didn't a huge season his rookie season

Does the rubber limbs comment mean he seems easy to push around? I have watched very little this season and haven't seen him much at all.

No, it doesn't . He has this strange way of moving his body that looks like his shoulder/hips are a step ahead of his hands and feet, and the sort of effect of what whipping a long rope does takes hold, but his length manages to compensate for it. I've seen guys on the play ground with the same odd movement style, but can't get away with it under 6'. He's long as hell.

He'll never be a Dirk, and never defend like AK-47, but seems like a solid pro already that brings lots of positive because he's smart and plays hard.

Mirotic's most frustrating habit to watch is his pump fake at the three point line. I'm glad to see him just start jacking it up lately

I agree, but even allowing for this no one looks really good. Although we haven't seen enough of Embiid and Exum.

Mirotic's best quality is his beard

Makes sense; thanks. Good description - I can totally visualize what you mean.

OMG Kobe Bryant's shooting is tragically bad. He can barely break 30% most nights now. Enough bullshit about 'my legs', man stop heisting. Killing me in fantasy.

5 fucking turnovers in the w/ 4 mins left in the 1st half. 2 for 11.

That's why you don't pick old dudes coming off multiple knee surgeries.

Despite what I said I have to agree with you. None of them really pass an eye test. The top picks have mostly been injured tho (embiid, randle, McDermott, parker, smart, Gordon, vonleh). Trying to think of a rookie I like and all I can think of is KJ. His contract negotiation was so damn smart. Hinkie is gnashing teeth right now. He's the exact kind of rookie they were hoping to pick in the second round

8 - 29. 8 turnover. Borderline drop territory, honestly. Him and Lance Stephenson.

There's gon' be a lot bidding for his services and it might be the best thing to happen to him, he might actually get to a contending team than being stuck with the Pistons who is going to go absolutely nowhere.

Swaggys gon' Swag!

Guard Nick Young chimed in with an obvious solution to the problem, via USA Today's Sam Amick.

"Hats off to (Bryant), still going out there every night and trying to do his best," Young began before offering his solution. "Just give me the ball, and that's what could happen. I'm always down to take over the load. Let me, let Wayne (Ellington) take a couple shots. But majority, just give me the ball."

Early speculation has him going to OKC or Houston (he's been good friends with Dwight Howard since they were kids in ATL). Should be interesting...

Clips needs to make a bid for him since their bench is just extra terrible this year and with Hawes going down, it just got even worse.
