looks like i was wrong about lillard and klay previously...they've both improved leaps and bounds over what they had been, klay especially. gsw's obviously won that trade/non-trade for love so far. we'll see if that holds.

lin taking shots at bryant?

I watched the actual interview. It's kind of out of context

Good news, I gave it some thought and I've solved the tanking issue.

All teams rotate through a predetermined draft order every 30 years. Something like 1, 22, 7, 15, 30, etc. Sure, sometimes the NBA champion will get an awesome pick, but who cares. It all pretty much evens out over time. And no more incentive to tank.

Even out of context, it doesn't seem like much of a shot at Kobe. I just read it as along the lines of, "Of course I have an ego; we all do. Most confident players want the ball in their hands with the game in the line and want to be the man. But we can't all be the man, and everyone knows who the man is on this team."

This has been brought up before.

And then he beat up on the visiting lakers? Or was that just before? The period was nuts, got him paid too

Mirotic is the real deal. Dude is nba ready and if any one the big 3 players goes down for an extended period of time, Mirotic is going to get enough minutes to win the ROY award

best part about mirotic is that he's only 23...not really young, but younger than a lot of these europeans that have dominated euro leagues for years.

I grabbed Mirotic in fantasy. He looks like he has rubber limbs on defense, but he can shoot and seems to get by otherwise. Decent passer. Gets a rebound.

Already been discussed several times and the idea was floated to league executives but they rejected it. Grantland had an article on it

I feel like it's been retweeted so many times cuz it sounds kinda like a shot at kobe but I agree with you a little. In and out of context it doesn't really sound like much. I feel like kobe needs an even older productive vet tho cuz he's not being a very good vet

I don't think mirotic will get enough minutes to be ROY. He's only had impact so far cuz Pau and Noah has been out and im not sure they'll be out that much

The greens are rocking it this year tho. MIPs of the year. Also Grizzlies legit look like championship contenders. defense is still rocking and offense is pretty amazing. They also pulled off tough wins on Spurs and warriors
