edit - Bosh stays with Miami. Nice. I would like to see the heat compete next year. Maybe they can sign a loul deng or trevor ariza

lol, Houston gave away Jeremy Lin to accommodate Bosh and got bitch slapped

Without Lebron eating the cap space, they can max Bosh. Stupid move for him from a b-ball perspective/chasing championships. Or he doesn't want to play with Howard either. Or he saw that Harden youtube. Or both. Should be a fantasy stud next season, though.

Some nice stories of hero's past. Lebron did see the writing on the wall in MIA. I think signing Granger gave him a solid WTF moment. Not to mention the booing in the finals.

well he took $2 million/year less than he could elsewhere, so no it wasn't an easier path. also joining up with a three near max all stars doesn't mean it's easier. it means you play more minutes and you have less role players so everything's on your shoulder. plus after the decision there was tons of pressure for them to win championships.

I disagree. As rich as he is, 2m is nothing. And its not easier to join 2 other max all stars? What player wants to play less minutes?

There was only the pressure they invented for themselves with not 1 not 2 not 3 and so on.

LOL, $2M of somebody else's money is so easy to leave on the table.

Maybe. Depends on whether you want money or rings. It's situational. Sometimes you can have both, sometimes you sacrifice one for the other.
Would you leave $2 million on the table?

Definitely isn't easy no matter how much you earn and my point was bigger than just the salary

Not just $2mil but $2mil a year.

And championships are never guaranteed so in the end you could be throwing all that away for nothing.

This is the essence of risk.

well i did say $2mill a year earlier.

yes it is the essence of risk but you're trying to argue that it was easy for lebron. it's not. even you admit it was risky
