And overpay him to boot. Just wait, it'll happen. Thankfully, he's probably going to the Heat. That just leaves Lin for Dolan to fuck up.

Good God................

The Knicks’ fallback plan now is signing Jason Kidd or ex-Knick Raymond Felton to the $3.09 million mid-level exception. A source close to Felton said he may need a sign-and-trade also to get more salary, with Portland.

the suns just picked up dragic and beasley.... I know its a bit of a pupu platter with the loss of Nash but still with dragic, beasley, gordon, gordat.... thats not that bad of a core especially if they are still pushing the fast paced offense.

nash was a unrestricted free agent.... so the suns did at least get a ton of compensatory draft picks with the sign-and-trade with the lakers.... it worked out almost like a baseball trade (only in baseball and football even lower first round/2nd round picks can produce quality players/even stars).

great move, im a big fan of Dragic.

btw, What happened to Aaron Brooks? He had a pretty good year in Houston before that injury and then trade to Suns. On a similar note, I hope Lowry bounces back from his "illness". Dont look now but Houston has produced 3 excellent guards in as many years. Brooks, Dragic, and Lowry.

+1. Wallace may be on the downside of his career, but he's always been a great all-around player, giving points, rebounding, defense, and maximum effort every time he steps on the court.

If this goes through (and there's enough talk that it could), I'd be curious to see if the deal gets vetoed by Stern and co ala CP3. If it doesn't, this whole "the Lakers are killing the witty bitty smaw mahkets" is gonna look more like bullshit and MUCH more like a Stern-owned team having putting its hand where it didn't belong.
