I've said it before, if you want to know the worst opinion about something, just read idnfl's posts. Guaranteed you'll hit the bottom of the barrel every time.

Don't forget without CP3 the Hornets don't hang for even one game against LA, let alone go 6.

Because its the type of journalism where you can never be wrong and its a lazy way of generating content.

For those who hate Lebron, can he ever be forgiven?

People make mistakes all the time. Jordan wasn't a saint either and was known to flop cause he knew refs would always be on his side.

Kobe gave up the 2005 finals to the Pistons and used to jack up shots as he was being double teamed when Shaq was on the floor. I find this to be a far worse offense than what Lebron has done.

It was douchey but if he wins a few more rings more people will shut up

He has matured and time will tell how much.

You omitted the sentence prior to the one quoted, where I wrote that the actions of others don't excuse LeBron's actions. The fact is, athletes are flawed human beings, just like everyone else. Their flaws are often magnified because they are (1) generally spoiled from birth by special treatment and (2) have their lives constantly under the media microscope.

This is true. If people win enough, we even forget that they had (have?) gambling problems or cheated on their wives.

What the hell does he have to be forgiven for? Seriously if I was a 19/20 year-old kid and shaping up to be one of the greatest players of all time would I be an arrogant prick? I mean, hell I am now and I am almost a total fuck up. Because he is a polarizing figure which has almost nothing to do with any of his actions and his haters will never be satisfied by anything he does?

Yeah--he really needs to seek forgiveness--that's exactly whats up.

And you missed my point. LeBron isn't unique. What's bullshit is that probably a majority of the basketball opinion leaders will create this narrative about LJ that singles him out and makes him a pariah as if this is some new, unheralded shit, like now all of a sudden people actually care about this shit. He's young and one of the best players ever. Let him do his thing, ffs.

Laker fans crack me up. Kobe has done everything LbJ has done and then some. How is a TV special announcing you're going to South Beach any worse than demanding a trade from Kupchak?

Some NBA "news" for the Lakers fanbois, the Lakers are shopping Pau Gasol and Metta Whirled Peas:

In real NBA news (i.e. not something everyone already knows), Larry Bird is leaving the Pacers' front office due to health reasons (shoulder and back issues):

Who's looking forward to the draft tonight?

Weakest draft class in years being hyped by ESPN as "one of the best ever"... I'll pass.

Are you kidding me? At least Kobe made his desire to make the team better or he'll leave than roping all the other teams into thinking they have a chance. If you can't see how fucking stupid the "decision" was then you need to get your head checked. Stop being fucking blinded by your hate for Kobe. Yeah Kobes rape case is a lot worst than almost anything that has been done in the NBA but to even compare Kobes trade demands to the decision is just plain dumb. Even Melos and Howards latest demands where they practically forced/forcing their teams to trade them is a lot worst than Kobes.

Who the fuck is Dion Waiters and why did CLE take him five picks too early? I hate Cleveland's front office. Who are the planning to sign this summer? At this pace, Kyrie leaves at the first chance he gets. I know I would.

I think the Heat will have cap space available when Kyrie's contract is up.

that Waiters pick was pretty bad. and who the hell is "Miles Plumlee"?

Heat passed up Perry Jones and Marquis Teague to pick...nobody. I hope they know what they're doing. both of them (particularly Jones) will likely develop into nice young players. not to mention giving Jones to the second best team in the league facepalm.gif
