Key words are "they can" but the question is will they?

It would be quite funny if the Cavs traded Wiggins for a one year Love rental

But even with Love, the Cavs have Lebron, two star players, and little depth. Doesn't that sound almost like last year's Miami Heat, with more youth and potential, but zero playoff experience beside Lebron? Also, a much shittier coach and organization.

Still the favorite to come out of the East, I think, but I don't think he's in a better situation (and he's paying state tax! And gets shitty weather!! Do I sound bitter yet? laugh.gif)

Be nice if they did... at least make it interesting.

Warriors would love to unload Lee's salary and unless Barnes improves dramatically he won't see many minutes next year. He's a great kid and hard working but he doesn't work on the Warriors. Love would have been a great get for the Warriors because it would allow them to get out from both players they'd like to move, but alas it was not to be.

Oops, I apologize. I was thinking about Mike Brown and I forgot that they replaced him with David Blatt, who i don't know yet if he's shitty or good.

But Spoelstra is a good coach. Not Doc, Phil or Pop level, but he took stars whose games didn't mesh together and made it work - including teaching the Big 3 new skills. He also built one of the league's best defenses. That good enough?

I didn't say he wasn't good... it was based on your comparison, which was made in error, so... no worries. Guess we'll see if Blatt is good or perhaps shitty. nod[1].gif

The Heat should've given Ginobili a ring for sabotaging the Spurs that Finals.

i like this post. barnes has to improve at least a little, but no evidence he's going to be a starter on a good team. if it is indeed true that GSW could have pulled the trigger for love b4 CLE got involved w/ wiggins, i think they're going to regret not having done so.

Forget Love. Golden State is going to be kicking themselves for letting Mark Jackson go peepwall[1].gif

Yeah, that's the thing with a prima donna owner. He got rid of Mark for not bowing down to him. I like Lacob because he wants to win and isn't afraid the shake the tree but he's a risk taker and not all risks work out. Really don't know what we're going to have in Kerr. Hopefully a real offense - it was painful to watch some of the best shooters in the league running a disorganized iso offense instead of a legitimate NBA system. I think Kerr will fix that, but we could lose a lot of the other stuff that Mark brought to the table. I really like David Blatt and wish we would have gone in that direction.

sorry edmorel but if you can trade for a star not even in his prime for a player who played total of 0minutes in the NBA you do it. Love is great player both elite scorer and rebounder and also guy who can stretch the floor.

about playoff sucess;
team>individual ALWAYS

thats why lebron hasnt won anything till he went to miami, you don't do anything on your own even if you are as dominant as Wilt was

+1000 NBA draft choices have to be the among the most volatile investments you can make.
