It just seems to me he doesn't have the stamina to go all out on offense and go all out on defense. He pushes the ball so much and then has to hustle back on defense. No excuse tho. He's not like Howard or Lopez who have to go from paint to paint every possession whereas harden goes from perimeter to perimeter or paint to perimeter

Bargnani has the stamina to do it. He's just fucking terrible at it. It goes beyond not caring. Lapses in judgment and even after all this time in the league still doesn't understand what to do on defense

I don't understand why they essentially do harden ISO for crucial potentially game tying or winning possessions. Just why? Don't you want to give him an easier shot?

Every single time the plan is "give harden the ball and everybody stand around watching him". Sure he's a great closer but you have four other players three of which can pretty often nail an open three

They did the same fucking thing with parsons ATO and parsons is worse on ISO

Finally ran an actual set with Troy Daniels and it actually led to something

Anyways pretty sure rockets can't come back from 3-1

You're the stats guy. What's the percentage of teams coming back from 3-1? Asking more so for the Bulls frown.gif

That Daniels kid is ice cold

I don't know what is more incredible, the amazing shots throughout the game or the completely whack and inconsistent officiating. Wtf is with these refs? Anyway, good game Blazers.

There's like 10 times (8?) ever that a team made it back from 3-1. There's been like a little more than 100 7 game series. So probably like a 6, 7% "chance" of coming back

really tho who knows. games have been so close

i forget where i read this but apparently in all the professional sports leagues in the us only three teams have made it back from a 3-0 deficit in a 7 game series the most recent of which is the red sox in 2004 to break the curse of bambino.

so if you're a bobcats fan or a heats hater, it might happen for the first time ever in the nba

That game was exhausting, I don't know how yall on the East coast can go to work tomorrow.

Harden has to lose some goddamn weight so he's not sucking wind late all the time and not trying at all on D.

HOU needs to get a coach that can run some actual plays in crunch time.

Howard will be Howard and I guess nobody can ever convince him to do P&R rather than posting all the time.

Is Parsons ever gonna be a consistent player??

I like watching POR play a lot but goddamn do they whine to the refs on every single call. Wessy Wes calm the hell down.

He was awful in the first quarter, though. They kept doing isos with Matthews and Batum on him, and those guys would maneuver him around to get to the spot they liked, and just shoot a jumpshot knowing that he wouldn't rise to contest it

I hate West Coast OT games. End so late and then I'm all wired and can't sleep.

Magic said he is willing to buy the Clippers from Sterling. Hope this happens and soon.

David Stern is looking worse and worse even retired. I don't think the Clippers can even overcome this, and its sad because they're legitimate championship contenders.

its so hard... one argument is you cheer for the players on the clippers to win it, but then if they win it it just makes Sterling that much richer.

the players union could theoretically pay for wages of stadium workers and staff if there was a league boycott of the playoffs (even for just a game). that would really send a message.
