Wow, GS taking the Clip show to the woodshed in this one. Never would have thought Lee and Curry would outplay Paul and Griffin. Clippers got completely owned in the paint and the 3-point line by GS.

I heard Curry never misses a 3pt

Coach of the month kiss of death. Vdn wins last month and starts this one with two losses.

CP3 should have won that award, not VDN.

wait....really?! VDN won coach of the month?? winning really puts the lipstick on the pig, doesn't it?

win streak or now, VDN is still a horrible coach. actually, he's not a coach at all. i don't really see them with a game plan, or even an offensive or defensive identity. there was something i read on ESPN where the writer said that the Clips adopt the game plan of their opponent and let them dictate how the game is played - they are just better at it than their opponent. they'll go run-and-gun or halfcourt depending on what the opponent is doing, for example.

i have to give them credit and they are the best team in the NBA right now because of that streak - - but credit does go to CP3 for being the actual coach, and that bench who just runs the opponent's second unit into the ground. the Clips actually have a pretty short window i think because people like Griffin, DeAndre and Bledsoe are going to need to get paid soon and they can't afford to keep them all

If you read between the lines, I'm saying its the volume of this constant 'DNP back spasms' in the NBA that's off. Its the modern way to rest players without getting Greg P type fines, that was my point. Not that lots of people have back problems. I'm sure some are real.

Nice job missing the point and at the same time keeping your reputation as a jerk alive and strong.

they reported him having back spasms because he's actually having back problems. he aggravated it trying to favor his surgically repaired knee. it has nothing to do with trying to avoid David Stern's wrath. where do you come up with this shit?

Because I follow the wire for fantasy NBA, every day 2 or 3 guys are dnp back spasms. Sounds like bullshit. His may be real but I doubt most are.

Griffin and Jordan just signed contracts last year (DJ is actually getting paid big already) so they'll be in the Clips for several more years for sure, it is CP3 that they need to sign/re-sign this summer.

Bledsoe has been ineffective for several games now, he needs more consistency to get paid big bucks. Right now it seems like it's all potential and not much else.

At this point, when Hill and Billups gets healthy, I am not sure what they would need. I think Bledsoe is essential as a back-up PG because Billups health isn't too reliable. I guess Crawford could play some point when CP3 sits but Bledsoe does provide speed, energy and athleticism.

Clips are also loaded in the wing so if they do trade him, I hope it's for a big that can consistently score off the bench. Turiaf is a great hustle, energy big but there have been a lot of possessions where he should be able to finish strong but are unable to convert. They need that with the quick phase Bledsoe and Crawford and Barnes brings from the bench. And I swear Hollins is McGee 2.0, dude looks stupid and just tries to block everything in the vicinity of the rim.

Mark Jackson has these guys playing beyond expectations. Should be in the coach of the year discussion.

do you think the players giggle to each other when he says things like:

"DON'T WORRY ABOUT KOBE SCORING. YOU PLAYED GREAT DEFENSE... BUT HE JUST DISPLAYED BETTER OFFENSE!"

"EVERYONE ALL HANDS ON DECK! 35 SECONDS LEFT... HAND DOWN MAN DOWN!!!!"

Agree... clips have too many bodies. They could easily move 2 guys for draft picks. Bledsoe would be perfect for a lot of teams.
