2nd round of the playoffs have been so good. Mia & NYK lose, OKC & Spurs rallying back for their wins.

wow no talk about the bulls taking it to the champs with their second team? Gutsiest back to back games I've seen in a long time

Indeed it was. Heat completely collapsed in the endgame
post #11584 of 17185
I think smart money is still on the Heat. I am just not sure that the Bulls' 'college effort' can last. Hard work and sheer willpower can only take you so far.

I am rooting for the Grizzlies to pull out over the Thunder, but last game... just embarrassing! Watch the Grizz though, they have a Chameleon-like ability to adapt to their environment. The effect of a good coach, and a synergistic relationship amongst the players.

credit to the bulls, that's their MO, wear on the team and grind them down all 4 quarters.
- If the bulls dominate the boards like this which they should, there's a chance they can take this from the heat
- Wade is obviously not 100% but damn girl stop the crying
- where the hell is Bosh?

Why do you say that? I'll take hardwork + willpower over talent + lack of effort and day.

Rooting for the Grizz too! I know I'm in the minority over here but I would love to see the Grizz/GS in the WCF and the Bulls/Pacers in the ECF.

^ Bulls/Pacers would be my ideal ECF too. Would love to see both those teams grind it out in a 7 game series.

That would be a insane, a complete dog fight. With Granger and Rose out, Butler vs. George, Noah vs, Hibbert, Vogel vs. Thibs, crazy series and I'm sure there will be some fine and ejections.

I couldn't tell from the reply but someone blew their assignment big time leaving Manu camped out on the arc.... do you really want 4 of your 5 guys guarding the in-bounds pass?
there was that new guy they'd put in for the last minute or so ... two players chased the same guy ABANDONING MANU GINOBILI AT THE 3POINT LINE! f*ck!

combination of experience winning out and inexperience falling apart. man, I love GSW, but they fell apart faster than a pair of kmart shoes. same thing happened in the round1 final, but somehow they managed to survive that. spurs weren't going to let them get away with it twice. steph curry played every second of the game. had an unbelieveable third and then an unbelievable (in the other way) fourth. he's got a bad case of the kobes.

(the answer is obviously NO!) happy.gif

IMO despite steph curry scoring 44, his inexperience and selfishness to not pass to the open man for the three in regulation cost them the game. He threw up a damn prayer. what the fuck.

they're a great young team and they play really terrific ball. but they need a LOT of seasoning. the playoffs are just another big step up the intensity ladder. and they're not handling it well. i don't think i can remember a team closing out two playoff games back-to-back as badly as they have. they blew a 16-point lead in 4 minutes last night and an 18-point lead in the fourth quarter against the nugs.

Mark Jackson seems to be developing into a pretty good coach though
