It's not at all the same as going to a Lakers game and them sitting Dwight, Kobe and Pau. It was in Miami, on the road, after a tough road stretch. How many people were there to see Tim Duncan and Tony Parker? I'm sure most of them were just glad their team squeaked out a win against the backups.
Plus, regardless who was mad about it, it doesn't really matter. We're talking about one of the best coaches in the league. He should be able to give his players a day off. They're stars are old, he doesn't want to burn them out.
I think it's ridiculous, honestly. It was a great, competitive game. I don't know what else Stern is looking for. Oh...that's right..... money.
