lol I'm not sure how impressive that is. taking more than 100 shots and 70+ threes to get 138? I suppose quite a few people could do it if their coach let them take all the shots and their elbow didn't disintegrate.

they must have different rules in rural Iowa because anywhere else, a team trying to run up the score by 70 would have gotten their little ballhog clotheslined sometime in the early 4th quarter

Yeah I know it's D-III but if I was the sports director of the other school I'd fire the coach immediately. How do you allow an opposing player 108 shots??? You almost have to go out of your way to allow that. And the guys that were supposed to be guarding him, how the fuck do you allow him to take so many shots without putting an elbow in his mouth and laying him on his ass when he drives for a layup?? I'm sure his teammates love playing with him rolleyes.gif

it was awesome to have stephen A. smith go on his I'M NOT YELLING OR ANGRY EVEN THOUGH I'M CURRENTLY YELLING AND ANGRY rant about how Lin wasn't worth it a couple hours before the game.

stephen a smith's opinions on things is utterly irrelevant, I wish ESPN would go back to actually reporting the news and being journalists with a little humor mixed in. now they are worst than political pundits.

i think the Knicks will still be one of the season's bigger surprises (in a good way), but they have to regress to some degree. their offensive/defensive splits during their undefeated streak were just unsustainable, especially Melo being a playmaker and playing consistently excellent defense against bigger guys biggrin.gif

Lin wasn't worth it? he's made more money for the rockets in terms of royalties and merchandise sale. the dude has had a substantial ROI for the rockets.
