sexandcandy- We usually don't know till 30 mins prior to the draft (assuming commish goes with random draft order, then when we go into live draft mode we see our order of pick, ranking of players, etc).

Gentlemen, I'm currently in europe so it's been hard to keep up with things. I'm back later this week and will attend the draft (and paypal the buy-in fee at that time if that's ok). My team name is in before poal

As Mikey said, the draft order is determined randomly during the draft day.

Odd Morsel, I saw that but I am not sure how Auction Draft works.

I did a public auction league for the first time in ESPN last year, teleconferencing with 3 buddies over the phone. Most fun I've had with a draft in a while (and my main league is going on 10 years with old college buddies, 4 of which fly out to CA to participate). If you guys haven't tried one, you should give it a shot.
