Arnys yes. Lancel is a leather goods manufacuter. Certainly not a suitmaker there. But I do recall somewhere that Charvet offered suits. Was it in the Place Vendome shop?
No suit Place vendome for me but I can be wrong as I went only twice

Lanvin suits sold in Italy are made by Canali.
Oh, I did not know that. The Lanvin items I've seen are licensed items unworthy of mention really.
Well, the ones I saw in Milan certainly were made by Canali. I could even tell just by looking at the blue label on the left sleeve. It had exactly the same font. I also looked at the contents label inside the right chest pocket and it was identical to the ones Canali use. Just to be sure, i asked a saleswoman and she confirmed my suspicion. /Mr S

Charvet sells suits and raincoats, as I still use the raincoat I purchased there five years ago.

Charvet had a lovely pink silk dressing gown.

I have been to Lanvin today = very desappointed Shirts = bad construction (only fused) and poor choice in double cuffs, overpriced = 150/220 euros. Suits = not too bad but expensive = between 1 200 euros and 3 000 euros, not fused and more and less hand sewn Unfortunately this is the summer collection that means very thin fabrics (till super 180.).
