This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it. It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality. If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...

I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected. I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker. A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...

I don't know....I really like these. The leather is super soft and thick...very different look than most boots I own or have tried on. The leather doesn't feel cheap at all. We'll see how they hold up, but I'm really liking them. I found that they are actually very true to size for me. Definitely not too large...maybe even a tiny bit to narrow on my right foot, but I'm used to having to go a half size up sometimes because of width.
to each their own....I even love the way they do their rubber inserts on the soles..you get a mostly leather look except for the two spots where rubber helps the most..
I have a pair of the Vintage Shoe Co's Bluff boot. I've been wearing them maybe once a week for about 5 months now. So far, they're holding up very well. The boots have a very chunky double/triple leather sole that is pretty cool/workboot-looking. The leather on the upper is quite thick but very, very soft and nice feeling. The only thing is that I don't think they are the best looking boots around. These ran small; I normally get an 8 and I had to get these in an 8 1/2. Maybe because they run narrow. So, all in all, even though they're not the best-looking boot, I still really like them because they're very comfortable and chunky looking. They are heavy, though. I wouldn't pay retail, though. Maybe worth $175.
Agreed. Their shoes tend to run pretty narrow. I had to size up a half size. I returned the Bluff boots because they were too chunky actually, but I really like their chukka boot and their Judson oxford. The leather on those is a little less thick and less unfinished on the edges. Super soft leather, and it actually is creasing a lot less than most of my other shoes.

That's interesting because I notice the exact same thing on my Bluff boots. I've had them five months now and have worn them quite often. Same as you, the toe box area has hardly any creasing at all. Nice thick but super soft leather. Wonder why no creasing? Almost as if it's shell but know it's not.
Just got my first pair of shell boots --- AE walnut Daltons. Compared them to the walnut calf Daltons and the finishing and quality on the shell was so much superior. I was a bit disappointed in the quality and finishing on the calf Daltons. You would think it would be better for boots that retail at $375. I am pining for my first pair of Aldens. Hopefully soon. Maybe a pair of Wolverine 1000-Mile boots soon, too.
