I can't fucking believe this thread has turned into a 9 page shitstorm debating the merits of deadlifts vs squats. Do both! Don't short change your fitness by neglecting one of the big four lifts simply because "if your form is wrong you could hurt yourself". It's up to you to learn the proper form so you won't hurt yourself. Very elementary.
