Best for a medium. Body is light gray nylon and is lined in the same material. Bought off of sufu in new condition, worn twice by me. Waist has adjustable straps and the cuffs are elastic. It has a light-medium weight fill but is still pretty warm. Back has two straps that lay flush against the body when worn, makes for a really steezy piece. My guess is that this retailed for a lot, probably $400+.
