Foods that are good for your sperm count and semen - Page 3

I'm just about to buy the 2 Ibs lecithin granules by NOW. I wonder if taking it might affect my testosterone levels. People often say that soy products lower serum levels of testosterone.

I've taken soy lecithin capsules recently. One thing that I noticed is that, if I stop taking it for a while - say, a week -, when I take it again after being off of it I experience a considerable decrease in anxiety as well as an improvement in sleep quality. But it's a pity that it only lasts for one day, i.e., the day right after I take it. After that, it seems to make absolutely no difference.

The granules are way different than the capsules. You'll actually feel the granules. If the capsules are 1 gram, you'd need about 10 of them to equal a tablespoon of granules. And as far as I know, it's only soy protein that has the phytoestrogenic properties, not soy fat, which is what lecithin is. I don't worry about supplementing with lecithin anymore though, since I"m trying to gain weight I'm eating a ton of eggs, and they have plenty of lecithin.

My capsules were of 500 mg. But I was taking quite a lot of them, pretty close to the ten capsules you mention. And as I said, it wasn't always that I felt their effect. By the way, is it just me or have you also experienced axiolytic properties with lecithin?
