Face Fat!!

Hey guys, Okay, so I've been realizing that I should do some kind of diet to get rid of my cheek/chin fat. For some reason I'm gaining fat on my face while loosing weight. I've lost 15 lbs in the past month but my face is about to explode. lol If you guys know any kind of massage, exercise, pills, etc. Please let me know.

You cant target fat loss. The most important thing you can do about face fat is not to grow a goatee. The second most important thing is just to drop the 3K-ish on some quick liposuction and be done with it.

Fat comes off your body like peeling a layer of skin off an onion, the fat comes off your whole body. You can't target a specific area to lose fat from unless you do lipo. Just keep losing fat and you should see changes to your face. BTW, fat in the face is actually good for aging. You might not care for that now, but when you are a senior, you'll appear younger if you have some face fat.

Get a firming/lifting facial at a nice spa. A few treatments can work wonders.
