it really depends on the look your going for. neither one of them scream expensive, but with the right attire it wouldn't look bad i suppose!

if it is reasonably priced then go for it over the black one for sure!

tough choice but if you must then probably grey although you should note that the collar is lined in white or cream color and that will get very dirty very fast unless you wear turtlenecks or something. the black would be my first choice if it didnt have the small zippers at top front and the lower back quilting detail. Better yet, keep looking.
