Probably a longshot, but barber / salon recommendations in NYC?

Hi all,

My first post here in a long time, but I thought I might be able to find a good recommendation. I've been going to a barber on the UES for almost 2 years, but I've now moved to Brooklyn and changed jobs so that doesn't make much sense anymore.

I've had the same haircut for 3-4 years (tapered sides at a 4, scissor top) but I don't have all that much hair left so I think it's time to try something new. I'd like to find someone experienced that could make a recommendation and go for it.

So... any suggestions?

regarding your cut i cannot help as i sport a dark Caesar most of the time and it does not require scissors!
