What are you guys dressing up as for Halloween? - Page 14

Man...I was starting to seriously think about the BP worker costume (and not the shitty one that somebody posted in the other thread). I have a friend who works for an industrial supply company and can get anything in the warehouse at cost (and they have some perfect coveralls). I was going through old shit the other day and found a BP security badge from a refinery tour I took in college. Then I remembered that I recently signed something that says I am essentially contractually obligated not to wear that costume

This scene will be reenacted a few times this weekend. Possibly on the Key Bridge in Georgetown if we have time.

I will be a lumberjack on friday though. There is construction going on in my building so will try to "borrow" a hardhat.

Well, I couldn't do my guile costume since it's too cold to walk around shirtless now and I couldn't find any tall blond wigs. So... what kind of lame costumes can you do without any... costumes? Only nice clothes...

Finding shit like that in a thrift store is hard.

I was getting stuff for Mario and Luigi costumes last night and I knew it was gonna be hard to thrift some overalls in chicago (seriously...people here aren't buying overalls and the people who are buying them are wearing them until they fall apart). I got lucky at least in that the only two pairs I found in the stores I visited were sizes that will fit onto my friend and I.

I pulled that off last year. Looks like you have the same shirt with the lockstitching around the collar. It was stupendous. I'll probably do it again at the rally this Saturday in DC, with a big sign that says "I'M RIGHT HERE".

Have fun!

The hat/glasses/cig holder are a spot on match. I had to improvise for the shirt and shorts. Let's get down to the brass tacks, how much for the ape?

With half a dash of luck it might get me on TV. We'll see.

I will be wearing the bespoke burgundy-brown boots. That makes the Waldo outfit SF-approved, right?

Even when Joker was huge over the last couple of years I think I still saw more Hunter S. Thompsons.
