Does anyone have any experience with this new brand out of L.A? Sydney's in Toronto is carrying them and they look like a decent pair of denim at 98 dollars available in 3 cuts and five washes I believe.

This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it. It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality. If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...

I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected. I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker. A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...

I am a thin build girl with skinny hip and bums, I normally wear a size 25 in Paige denim, and thought I give the selvedge raw a try. The 24 of New Standard is too bulky in the high waist leg,...

I think for the pricing it is pretty good. Fits seem to be spot on. I think when discussing denim in this price range, you have to alter your expectations. It is not going to compare to other high end brands. If you want something that fits well and is relatively inexpensive, this brand looks good.

true but what else falls into this price range (SF type denim): N&F w/ discount code (which is very easy to find) Gap raws (i'll take the selvage skinnys over these) Unbranded Selvage from UO (nothing great, but fits are pretty good, i found some on sale for 40.00) Uniqlo selvage (i havent owned a pair yet, so no comment, heard the new ones are thin as hell)

cant forget Levis denim, they have a few good pairs of raws i own these: Matchstick Jeans - Kaihara Selvedge http://us.levi.com/product/index.jsp...146843.3692014 got em @ 40% off, u can get 20-30% off levis codes pretty often to keep the price around the same as the jeans in the first post so you u have plenty of options for "semi-decent" denim around 100.00 but am interested for a review for a pair of the Them Atelier Denims

I actually picked up a pair of Them Atelier and Naked and Famous is definitely nicer denim at first glance, but not by too much. They are without a doubt loads better than the Gap, in quality and fit. Can't really comment on the unbranded UO denim but I remember being pretty unimpressed. The hardware isn't awesome but I like the simplicity of the style although their are a couple of interesting details on the back pocket. Also the front pockets are better than APC. Those shallow little fuckers drive me bananas. For the price point I think they're a pretty good deal. Wouldn't be surprised to see the price go up at some point.

i've got the skinny black basin wash, and found they fit very nice, but i will only go so far. if you are comparing to quality with n & f, well those are better and more expensive (quality wise).
but i couldn't stand the fits on n & f on me, and so went with them atelier.
i dunno about the other models, but the skinny models have the small coin pocket on the inside of the jean, dunno why they did that, as it seems very stupid to me.
for 98 bucks, its a good deal, considering your other options would probably be cheapo monday.
look in dr.denim while your at it too, they offer good bang for buck.

Yeah, I indicated earlier that Naked and Famous is a better quality but so far not by much. Definitely a difference though. Of course, I bought the Them Atelier and two pairs of N&F at the same time so I have a pretty short sample time to compare the two. I can't remember which cut I got but they fit pretty similar to APC New Standards.
