Last button undone on working buttonholes...

Is it acceptable? I think GQ were the ones pushing it, and I see it quite often in ads and in the malls.
What is the concensus on leaving the buttonhole undone? Is it just to proclaim to the world "Look at me and my working buttonholes!"?

Tacky.

No.

95% of people won't care, and the ones that do will think it looks marsupialed.

Personal opinion.

Leaving one is okay. Leaving two to all of them is stupid.

I think one can go through a phase of it for the novelty of having them. But having an undone buttonhole is naff.

I think leaving one is fine. It may be more of a way to celebrate artisanship than showing off in my opinion.

I like to leave one of my jeans' working fly buttonholes undone. I don't know why people would want to draw attention to their wrists...

FWIW, all Italian males wear them undone.
I guess it depends if you can pull it off.

If GQ was pushing it, shouldn't that tell you about what you should do?

At any rate, I think it's tacky...if done on purpose.

Maybe they got something right...for the first time ever.
