How often did you wear them for, if you're wearing it three times If you wore it at least for half a day what did you go to keep the odor away?

Cold wash and hang.

I cold wash everything, unless it's really really dirty.

@blackwar12 I work in an office that's ventilated and I wear it for 9 to 10 hours a day. I am not running around so I am not sweating or anything so there really isnt an odor. Plus, I shower in the morning before putting on my shirts. To be honest if my shirts never had the neck ring then I wouldnt wash it as often. If I go out to party or something then I will always wash my shirt afterwards because of spilled drinks, people smoking, etc.
