Gone for the 9.5! If this cordovan stretches like Horween then fingers crossed it should be okay.

Provided I can get a comparison of the 81 and 4497s lasts, I'm most likely in.

Re-posting this makeup as well working with Richard at shoehealer. Only need 1 more to get the group MTO going and I know there is one more person out there that wants a boot like this.

Price quoted was 412.50 GBP excluding Vat and he pays shipping (495 GBP to those in EU w/ VAT as there is one person from Germany in on this).

This is the mock up I proposed:

Tricker's Eaton Model (w/ no medallion on toe)
Iris Cordovan Leather
Silver Eyeletts
Red Lining
Red pull loop
Red dainite sole
Natural Welt
Fashion Yellow Laces
4497 Last

Was also informed prices across the board for stock and MTO are going up effective August 1st (but Richard has locked in the low price if I get get this organized in the next couple weeks), so let's get on this order. ~ $650 or so Iris Shell Cordovan Boots!! 100 GBP (~$155) deposit and rest due in 10-12 weeks when they are done. No returns so know your size.

PM Me if you want aboard - Only need 1 more and its a go!

Think Something Like This, but with silver eyeletts. (sorry about the photo edit job):

True color of shell is more like this real boot:

Bumping this up in hopes of still finding that last person. One more and this MTO is a go. Come on gents!

I almost pulled the trigger on those but I could not find any info on the last. I think it was last 81? I ended up getting a chukka Viberg boot. So how do you like the fit? They are stunning in their simplicity... I would love to see more cap toe Trickers.

Yeah, they're on the 81 last. It's similar to the W2298 that the STP Not Stows use.
Definitely narrower than the usual 4497/4444 country lasts.
Kind of a pain to lace/unlace so many eyelets but I really like the look.

Sounds like it will be too narrow for me as the 4497s doesn't feel like a wide last to me at all. Too bad for my paddle feet.

I think you can ask the shoes to be made in 4497 Last, ask Richard.

I have a question about Tricker's sizing. I want to get an Ilkley in 9, but I was told that Ilkley runs a little big. Church's Consul in UK 9F; Edward Green's Chealsea in UK 9.5E; and Ferragamo's US 10EE fit me pretty well. I tried the shoes made with the same last and I thought 9 fit me fine. In fact, it was a little tight and uncomfortable over the top of my left foot. However, Richard says 9 will be too big and recommends 8.5. Any suggestion?

My derbies arrived!

They're stunning, and an initial try on suggests they're going to fit fine - I'll give them a stretch and wear them in the house a few times, but the cordovan feels like it'll stretch enough and wearing thicker socks isn't an issue with these.

I see the 11s have gone, so I think someone here needs to 'fess up?

No idea buddy, my only suggestion is to go and try a pair on for yourself.
