I just picked these up from End Clothing. Am I looking at an 8.5% tariff once FedEx catches up with me?

Plus another $30 or so in fees.

Nice boots though.

More nice boots.

But you could still get hit with 8.5% from DHL.
They only charge $6.50 for brokerage though.
And they're much less likely to hit you with anything at all than FedEx.

Of course DHL also f things up.
I recently got a bill for $178 from DHL because they used the wrong classification (women's textile dance shoes at 38%!) for a pair of boots from Shoe Healer.
I'm in the process of trying to get it straightened out.

My Re-Trickers came via UPS (maybe that's new for them)? So far, no bill.
I've been whacked by FedEx in the past - I'm surprised the sellers don't care more.
Leather Soul says they have some Tricker's on the way (mostly brown and burgundy, per B.Y.).

Ahh, it appears retricker ship UPS now. All the ones I bought from them shipped via DHL.
If UPS didn't make you pay when they delivered I think you're good.

UPS and USPS are COD.
Fedex and DHL will bill you after.

Good info - Thanks.
Do you know why Tricker's own website has been off-line for quite a while now?
In the past, I've bought a couple things from their Jermyn Street Retail Store link, but now they are MIA.

No clue. The domain seems to be there, just no website.

Wanted to recognize Kafka for some excellent customer service; ordered a pair of boots but forgot to apply promo code. Emailed customer servic and promptly received a response notifying me the money had been refunded to my card

Hello guys. I've been following you for a couple of months now and have gained a wealth of knowledge from your posts. Thanks!
I also had questioned why the Tricker's wed site has not been on line latetly. Perhaps their sales have increased through other avenues and, therefore, do not need to market themselves.
I've resorted to perusing the sites of Pediwear, the Shoe Healer and ebay for the RE Tricker's sales. The Shoe Healer appears to do a great job at working with it's customers. Great people there, from what I understand.

I haven't thoroughly dug through this thread so I apologize if it's been covered, but I see discussion regarding tariffs etc.
Grahame Folwer has a nice little shop in nyc that carries a decent selection of Trickers.

I actually stopped in at the Grahame Fowler store in NYC for the first time three days ago. The shop is TINY, but the staff was very friendly and they had a lot of special make-ups, as well as some standard models (mostly with leather soles). Their prices are a bit high (so at the end of the day they are close to a lot of the UK prices after tariffs).

I've also found Trickers in the US at Leather Soul (Honolulu and Beverly Hills), and at Haberdash in Chicago. LS Honolulu's stock was a little thin last time I was there (early this year), but supposedly they have a shipment on the way.

Maybe Zippy knows of more US sellers?

That store puts stock on eBay for $250 starting bid normally
